Both Luffy and Zoro also learned CoO first(maybe Luffy learned CoC first but that is just a mess made by Oda).

Sanji is greater and will be the greastest ever exist CoO user.

It's unknown when Luffy used his CoC for the first time, if I recall correctly the first time it was shown to Us was on Marineford but I could be misrecalling. Meanwhile Zoro unleashed his Asura in Enies Lobby , and Asura should constitute CoC judging off the patterns.

Nah, that isn't COC that is something else. Luffy though having COC in pre-timeskip is more apparent.

Actually Sanji is better given shown to develop it faster than Coby did on his side. We don't have much to say on Coby how far it can goes while Sanji keep showing more feats on his COO to say it's on another level.

Used it against Duval’s animal first if I recall correctly. Before MF, also used it against Boa sisters and the wolves at Impel Down.
