Speculations Why a WG conflict could be sooner rather than later.

Let me start by saying I was making this as a response to who comes first mihawk or nasujuro ,but then saw all the work I was doing for the panels and decided to make a thread TLDR at Bottom, but mainly panels to back up theory. To start I think people are just too set on wg coming absolutely last and mihawk needing to come before that thanks to whitebeards words which imo still ring true when the op is found the world will be turned upside down and the wg and navy fear this day because of the great war to come.

This war will without a doubt happen, but the question is can luffy have to do something with the wg prior to this huge war breaking out???

Another thing that people like to say is zoro must become WSS before luffy gets PK otherwise it will make luffy look bad... I agree with this take ,zoro himself remembers the promise like this therefore i do think zoro needs to be wss before luffy attains pk status.

I think the order of events falls mainly on two people, and what happens in the coming chapters.

THE Importance of VIVI

As a little reminder Luffy and the strawhats love vivi. Luffy himself was willing to put his ship and crew in danger from the navy to wait for her, and this epic panel when they left showing the sign of there friendship. A symbol that she is a nakama. If they see each other again, will you call me your shipmate???!!!!

YONKO MUGIWARA NO LUFFY

Here Luffy learns the truth that vivi is missing, Luffy immediate response was to drop everything and go straight to alabasta/marijoa and save her regardless of having nothing to go off of, and zoro being the voice of reason stops luffy which was the wise course reminding luffy of his decision with ace UNTIL ACE WAS IN UNDENIABLE DANGER, YOU LET ACE LIVE HIS OWN LIFE!!! so basically luffy did the same for vivi.

For added emphasis zoro reminds everyone that vivi can figure it out for herself SHE IS A STRONG WOMAN!!! When it comes time to act then we will fight WHOEVER WE HAVE TO. But when there's nothing to be done, just put up with it!!! The adventure to egg head island continues.

The moment this NEXT panel comes true and imu gets vivi is the moment vivi life is in undeniable danger, Luffy will drop everything to save her, and zoro will undoubtably back him then. Heading straight for marijoa if needed to rescue her from imu and at the same time the gorosei.

As a reminder this hellish landscape is not something that vivi can handle alone.

Luffy being familiar with hell home territory to him.

Zoro declaration to become the king of hell.

Not saying putting this together is a fact or anything, but more so to say that oda could insert vivi being captured and a rescue arc almost at any given time maybe even post egghead incident simply because of the way luffy thinks and acts, if he was willing to go rescue her having nothing to go on then you can guarantee if word gets to him that she is at marijoa he go there to rescue her. The resolution of egg head is going to inflict a shock the world never saw coming.

what if a part of that is imu being revealed and capturing princess vivi???

TLDR: SH vs IMU/Gorosei could happen sooner rather than later depending on when vivi is captured and luffy gets the news, because of how he acts and thinks. This would push zoro vs mihawk later in the story keeping him as the final swordsman for zoro to overcome.Thoughts???

EDIT:luffy told robin to only tell him if something important happens in the paper so again maybe vivi capture gets put in.

I think straw hats vs WG (barring Imu) will happen in Elbaf.

With the reveal that the Gorosei are literally titled warrior gods, which is similar to the Norse gods titles there’s already a connection.

Combine this with two people who murdered a celestial dragon declared themselves publicly as Luffys subordinates, and the entire egghead arc being set up as the beginning of the world governments war with the straw hats, Elbaf becoming a war zone between these two groups is quite likely

Therefore overthrowing the government comes after becoming Pirate King; therefore it's bigger than finding Laugh Tale; therefore it's bigger than Luffy's goal to become Pirate King, which is already bigger than Zoro becoming World's Strongest Swordsman (Mihawk accepts it in Baratie, Zoro puts Luffy's ambition before his); therefore overthrowing the government is also bigger than becoming the World's Strongest Swordsman.

Luffy needs to dethrone Imu as the Pirate King (what Roger, the previous Pirate King, couldn't do himself) and Zoro needs to be World's Strongest Swordsman as the bare minimum for Pirate King Luffy's right hand man, as conveyed when Zoro joined and when he reflected on it while first facing Mihawk.

So Zoro needs to defeat Mihawk before facing the government; because overhtrowing the government is bigger than Luffy becoming Pirate King and Luffy becoming Pirate King is bigger than Zoro becoming World's Strongest Swordsman.

I like this, in a way in elbaf the gorosei bar imu could fall maybe if vivi is not captured she ends up on elbaf and like you said a big conflict happens there. All 5 gorosei could fall trying to capture vivi this could pave the way for adult seraphims to replace them as the worlds strongest beings along with imu.(saturn getting them in egghead could be the start to this) I personally think that if judge could make clones into adults in 5 years vegapunk should have been able to make the aging process faster leading for them to be adults...zoro defeats nasujuro, then mihawk becoming wss and then defeats s hawk a stronger mihawk in no way downplaying mihawks original title as the only thing stronger than him is a clone with buffs

i see what you mean,but time does not stop or revolve around the strawhats...if oda really wants to push the strawhats forward all we need is vivi captured, not gonna lie lol morgans should have been dead with the stuff he publishes....his final post is getting the truth out to the world. Sabo establishes that the top of the world is hellish like so once vivi is captured she will be in that same hellish place. Her rescuers the strawhats will include two people familiar with hell simply that. What does this theory/speculation have to do with zkk or being a sword guzzler exactly ???

I agree just trying to make sense of how the encounter could work i love @Sir Yasheen idea and ultimately if the gorosei fall then the seraphim as the angels that surround and protect god makes perfect sense.
