The last bounty hunter weve seen was during louge town and he was famous from being a bounty hunter but why we dont see them anymore? Its just crazy to think that onepiece world is so big but weve never seen any bounty hinters trying to catch strawhats its always the navy, or the pirates trying to capture them.

I think the reason is that its hard for oda to put them, since bounty hunters are freelancers or people who do stuff by their own selves catching people with bounty. And since their catching people witth bounty the only way they would get fame is by catching bad guys and nothing else.

i just hope that one day we see them again perhaps a bounty hunter that strong enough to try give the strawhats a hard time. You know to put a ballance between things of pirates, marines and bounty hunters.

Last bounty hunter we saw was the Sombrero Cactus man in Dressrosa.

They're not necessary for the story at this point honestly. They're independent characters outside of every great power, so they'd have less impact on the story than Enel. It's a neat idea, to have a few strong bounty hunters in the New World, but I can see why Oda doesn't touch'em.

Bounty in OP actually have the same purpose of powers Scouter in Dragon ball it was only used to know the power level of certain character, makes sense since OP is only model from DBZ.

Hunter X Hunter did better in utilizing Bounty hunter than OP, specially on York city arc, when the mafia put bounty on spider, then zoldyc family made their move to kill Chrollo, only to find out illumi already made contract to kill the financer. shit was awesome.

Imagine we had top tier bounty organisation
Having hunters as strong as YCs/Warlords with the best ones (2-3) being low top tiers

It would be interesting to see them hunt SNs or others instead of seeing fodder marines (who aren't even top VAs) trying to capture strong pirates

Oda didn't gave Focus on Bounty Hunters because Oda failed to give importance in the value of Money.
the reason Bounty Hunters become bounty hunters is because of the prize, and what's the point of being prize hunter if the author didn't gave value on the prize? i mean money in one piece was useless, sure it exist but there was no to little significance of having it, if you think about it the importance of money should be highlighted more because it's also included on the famous slogan, Wealth Fame Power. but as you can see pirates only aim for fame and power,

that's what im saying, in HXH Togashi gave importance to money, we've seen that when Gon and klillua fought on arena to earn money so they can buy artifacts, without money they wouldn't get in Greed island because you need money to buy the console called jolly station to enter it, the wealthiest also sits in the top of Hierchy not only the powerfull individuals , they have power to get rid of someone, they can employ even the most powerfull nen users.
