Because using FS and CoC coating at the same time consumed a lot of haki which was why Snakeman time limit in Wano was so much faster compared to in WCI.

Kaido never beat Snakeman landing 1 hit is not a W. Luffy switched to Boundman because Boundman had more ap to beat Kaido before G4 time limit. Snakeman lacks that.

1. Kaido said that when Luffy was in Snakeman mode so Luffy used it in Snakeman mode Kaido never said that when Luffy was in base form.
2. No just different application Snakeman remains unbeaten all Kaido did was landing 1 hit Katakuri landed 10+ hits against Snakeman.
3. Only time limit shorter was Snakeman because Luffy used CoC coating+FS. it's not the same with Boundman maybe it lasted shorter too because Luffy used CoC coating instead of regular CoA. For Snakeman it's definitely much shorter since it's not only CoC coating but also FS.

Show me panels Kaido beat Snakeman. Luffy switched to Boundman because it had more ap to beat Kaido before time limit ran out not because Kaido beat Snakeman.
