Stronger Kaido chose to 3v1 Garp.

Well Rocks also pissed Kaido off. Was Kaido too afraid to fight Garp 1 on 1 I don't know. I'm trying to make sense here.

Kaido also tried to fight Luffy 1 on 1 IIRC.

He chose to 1v1 Luffy instead of getting help from CP0

Dude, this was Rox' most important mission. The idea that Kaido would just drop everything for 1 on 1 fight is nonsense.

Why would he care about Rocks. Kaido chose to 1 on 1 Luffy and got angry when CP0 intercepted despite fighting Luffy 2 on 1 would make his mission much easier.

It's easy to read it as Kaido wants to gang up on Garp, it maybe because of context as all 3 of them are present at the moment.
Kaido is a simple guy and just wants to fight if there's opportunity, won't cares about Linlin and WB jumping with him or not
If he's not with WB or Linlin, he'll go try n fight Garp solo, no question.

Otherwise he would 100% throw hands with Garp if he's by himself but here he obeys his seniors and he also has more important thing to do.
