But he doesn't need if he can already hurt them with sheer magnetic force Luffy can't which is why Luffy himself needed this technique because he can't kaido otherwise without it.
Because kid mainly focused on fighting with his devil fruit than with his haki alone. This is just like law doesn't need advance armament haki to harm both yonkos since law's devil fruit can already do what adcoa can do but better.
Nah that would mean kid didn't work hard to get what he is at but it is due to natural talent.
Then they just underestimating kid figuring you either have to have strong advance armament haki or attacks have attacks that goes through durability. Kid picked neither and chose the most inefficient way of doing things to build up his own strength.
That could be the case or simply put kid is just that much stronger than we originally thought.
Kid’s attacks are strong and portrayed as doing damage but my point was that the audience will find it hard to believe after all the durability hype we got from BM and Kaido. With Luffy in g4 as reference who can’t damage the likes of Kaido with pure brute strength. Compare that to Law who bypass external defense, a much easier ability to justify the damage on BM. Oda just didn’t gave much thought into how he handled the fight and it felt pretty rushed overall. He could have give more explanation and hype on Kid’s magnetic force or something
Equal I'm not sure, it's like Luffy with Kaido. In Chapter 1011, Luffy seemed to bond with Kaido right after being easily thrown off the roof. If Kid was all alone and Bm wanted to beat him up like Kaido did to Luffy, Kid would have been seriously hurt.
Maybe but kid is not like luffy. Kid actually is better at fighting than Luffy is because he is not as reckless like Luffy when it comes to fighting that's why you don't see him getting one shot constantly despite being an up in front fighter.
That's also why there was a 2 on 1 against Big Mom, Kid and Law don't have the level of BM they have annoying powers that embarrass in numerical inferiority.
Even if law wasn't there kid would just try harder the same can be said to law in vice versa. Kid already shown getting the better of her a few times already even at the rooftop because kid was always thinking ahead.
She was using it mostly for defences purposes but law's attacks were intangible and hax while kid's has a lot of force that blocking or trying to hold the attack in place only resulted of her getting overwhelmed anyways. Also even if big mom did use supreme king's offensively it wouldn't do much just like when kaido did it to law but law himself was still conscious after that attack. It wasn't because big mom did fight smart but it's just kid has more experience fighting and law is very strategic fighter that he never miss an opportunity to find an opening.

Yes they are durable monster in there own right but it doesn't mean they all are impervious to damage Oden proved it, the scabbards proved it, and now the five supernovas who face him proved it so where's the hype now. Now big mom was more focus when it comes to her natural durability while kaido's is due to his scales.
@Killer#777 Kid a better fighter than Luffy ? The fact that Luffy has unlocked all the advanced forms of Hakis in the middle of a fight by himself just shows that he is the best fighter. When Kid got the better of BM? I don't remember

Ok but kid use a different method when it comes to doing physical damage it's by crushing them thru magnetic force.
I see what you mean but the way kid's method on damaging them with magnetic force isn't unbelievable in the slightest.
Coming back to the subject, I'm glad that Law was put forward on the same level as Kid. I'm happy because a lot of people didn't want to see Law as equal to Kid because Kid had the Haki of Kings. Law fans should be happy.

Because Kid is clearly more important.
Though in this fight it was shown that he is not that much more important than Law, only slightly. But still more important. BigMom was always more wary and focused on him.
And no, Law's attacks are weaker.
He attacked BM from inside, which ignores her skin, while Kid didnt. So ofc Law will look "better" than Kid because he is punching a crystal wall while Kid was punching a steel wall.
Law did more damage to her, yes, but his attacks are still weaker than Kid's.
When it comes to Devil Fruits Law easily holds the most broken power
That alone is not making him more important of course given Sugar got a pretty haxxed one too for instance, still it's undeniable that Law has got more potential than Kidd for being relevant in the time being given that Oda is probably not done with the Ope, but all the other away around 🤔
Because, Law has done much more than Kidd on the rooftop. Plus, Oda shafted Kidd's initial goal of fighting Kaido to Big Mom instead. And because Kidd is a Conqueror, I expect Kidd to at last have a CoC clash with Big Mom, doesn't have to be sky splitting but just a simple clash. I thought the fight would follow the same formula of Luffy + Law vs Doffy where Law would badly injures Big Mom and Kidd can take over the fight just like G4 Luffy in Dressrosa. But would Kidd 1v1 BM better than the actual outcome we got from Oda? Not necessary.

Luffy is a haki focus character kid isn't so where are you going with this? Unlocking advance haki techniques and showing results are two different things. Kid and law beat big mom without having all this that you've mentioned because law and kid already have better attack power than Luffy so it isn't required for kid to learn advance armament haki unless he thinks he actually needs it but he doesn't because awakening is all it took.
Because kid realize he can trust them to get the job done so he took it upon himself to keep big mom busy while the rest go after kaido. That's just kid being the bigger man and not letting his anger cloud his judgement and kid is a very vindictive person but he see the situation wasn't in his favor as long as big mom was around.
This was a profoundly shitty way to use Kid's powers to begin with. Why does Kid even need to use so much metal? Wouldn't it be more effective to just concentrate his magnetism on less metal for more speed and power?
Would have been way cooler if Kid had some sort of magic armor that he could combine with magnetism to fly and get super speed/super strength.

Also would have been cool if Kid fed zoan fruits to some weapons he carried which he could also control via magnetism. Honestly there were infinite possibilities with magnetism and Oda picked the one style that was the most visually displeasing.

Luffy is better attack power than Kid and Law. Everyone the Red Roc, The King Gatling Gun in Luffy's Gear 4 from Chapter 1002-1003 had left Big Mom, Law, Kid totally impressed, it needed a double page spread to show the attack power.
They will never have the attack power that Luffy has except maybe Law with his final attack against Big Mom. But in pure attack power, Luffy is a monster, the King Kong Gun in Dresssrosa is no joke at all. They maybe have more dangerous attacks but never ever of the same level of pure power or strength as Luffy.

This! given how aggressive Kid (kinda like zoro to some extent) is as a character Oda he should be knocking out fodders with CoC on almost every panel he appears. The only explanation at this point is if Kid has CoC but he doesn't know it and can't use it. Kaido being a CoC user could feel kids CoC spirit after he defeated him.
Kid's attacks have more force and mass while law's attacks are more lethal and intangible. That's why it only took two attacks from law to severely injured doflamingo.

As visually impressive that is kaido got up in no time. Law and kid attacks actually did attacks that crippled their opponent and also doing heavy damage.
King Kong gun was his ultimate attack in that arc because the other attacks he was doing wasn't taking doflamingo down despite his severe injuries beforehand.
