Questions & Mysteries Why did Talk no Jutsu annoy you?

#21
I'll Tell you why it annoys me:

1. It's FAR Too Easy

2. It sets up False Expectations for Impressionable Young Readers; thinking that they can change how the world works[Spoiler alert: They can't; Because the Powers that Be are Stubborn; and Would rather double down on their preconcieved notions than change their minds; Naruto couldn't do Jack All in the Real world; because People would rather Die than either change their mind or admit they were wrong]

3. It Cheapen the Villains

4. It's Boring

5. It's An Idealistic Wish-fulfillment Fantasy that sets up young readers for disappointment when they find out what they learned from Naruto WILL NOT Help them IRL against The Powers that Be

I´ll always think it´s funny that Nardo never got to meet or interact with Danzo, because if he tried his TNJ against him, not only would it not work, he would probably lose the debate
Even More reason why that SHOULD'VE happened;

Because otherwise I Find the TnJ Far too easy; Far too Convenient, Far too superficial, and Far too Unbelievable; especially with how heavily it's used in the second half of the OG Manga in Shippuden

There should've at least been ONE Time Naruto used the TnJ; and the Antagonist has a more Realistic Reaction; aka They Reject Him, Tell him off, and Double down on their pre-conceived Notions like MOST Real World People in Positions of Power tend to do. . .

Showing him; that NOT Everyone can be NOR Will be changed in their ways; and some individuals aren't worth wasting your breath on; and are FAR too dangerous to let them continue to live to harm others; Because these individuals are NOT going to stop until they're dead!

I had no issues with talk no jutsu whether it was with Zabusa, Neji, Sasuke, Granny Chiyo, Tsunade, Nagato, etc. The only scenario I had issue with talk no jutsu was with Obito.

Note, don't just say, "it was corny" that I don't care to read as that is subjective but instead give objective reasons why it annoyed you, for example "when talk no jutsu happened in this plotline it didn't have the proper development based off the outcomes blah blah blah..." something like that.
You dont know what objective means. Its subjective to even value those metrics to create a lens. Nothing is objective besides maybe math, and the laws of logic.
