His bounty is correct. It's Law and Kid that got inflated by Oda to give them some renown and respect before writing them out of the story.

Oda tried to sell the false idea of same strength between luffy, law and kid.

He should have gave 2.5 bil to law and kid while 4 bil to luffy.

It wouldn't make sense to give him a higher bounty with how the news presented the Wano outcome.
The alliance took out Kaido and Big Mom, not Luffy beat Kaido.

It's much better to not view the bounties as a power scaling thing, as these guys ain't equal 😂
