Powers & Abilities why didn't any of the Beast Pirates seemingly learn any Sword Techniques from Wano and the Samurai?

The Beast Pirates ruled Wano alongside Orochi for twenty years. But none of them seemed to learn any Sword techniques during that time? Why do you think that was? And if One of the main fighters did learn any who do you think it would have been?

Culture

They didn't even try to share culture with them, and culture is what explains their techniques

IF someone learned sword techniques, I think it would've been a small group of the numbers and the gifters and possibly Kyoshiro could have been the one to introduce them to samurai techniques. He would have led a special group.

Oda may have stayed away from an idea like this because he already has the Flying Six Fellows (Tobi Roppo).

What sword techniques? There's literally only 10ish people on the entire island that are above your average marine fodder.
Wano people are trash and almost everyone who had balls or any talent is already dead or was killed during kaido's takeover.

Both replies above already said what I would have said, so rather I'll reframe it as another question: why didn't they fight with more seastone?
That country was literally the main supplier of it.
