Yep, all of them being just pure plot convenience and armor and gag scenes just like Crocodile and Mr 1 blocking Mihawk, the sea king eating Shanks' arm, Fujitora not being able of destroying the birdcage, Sengoku not being able of stopping Luffy or Morgan axing Garp.
