So, king had clean kick in the face of zoro in chapter 1035, why didnt he used his Magma fire? It would've melted zoros face like how akainu melted WB face if its truly as strong as magma

He can create Fire Dragons which are as hot as or have the same consistency of Magma. Doesn't apply to all of his other flame moves since only that was highlighted by Zoro.
Secondly this kick was blocked by Zoro using the Wado Ichimonji and COA.
Wouldnt work anyways is not good excuse, same as people saying Queen's virus wouldny work on sanji wither since heat somehwhat cancels it out, its just bad both had to nerf themselves in some way for zoro and sanji to win
Different shit. Zoro realized that it doesn't work, so he searched for an alternative, a solution. He didn't keep slashing King non-stop hoping for the best.
Both are different situations.

i mean did sanji hit queen everytime with diable jambe ? even if he knew he cant go past queen's toughness , did yamato coat all of her attacks with acoc against kaido ? just because king is not using fire every time doesnt means he was nerfed lmao , just because king didnt use something u expected doesnt means he was nerfed , king punched zoro to the face but b4 he used a named punch on marco which had flames , still doesnt mean he was nerfed .
PIS lol. Even magma fire is theoretically possible. He uses armament on his sword before using magma fire. Pretty sure his leg could hold out if his sword can.
