Lucci was desperate and used koka on his Shigan against Luffy while he didn't against Zoro

Did Lucci even use koka once against Zoro?
And no Geppou and other skills

Why did Oda nerf Lucci into a static incompetent guy?

Oda really had weakened Lucci fight casually (not desperate , not totally serious...just mocking Zoro without using everything )

What use does one have from Empowering attacks that are never going to land?
You are getting as desperate as Law fans against Doffy. Making attacks stronger doesn't change it from a low diff.
Zoro rules supreme and you are completely aware of this now.
Cope is the only way forward, hopefully, you trigger a couple of Zoribros along the way.
