What do you think? Because the cut was pretty deep and there was alot of blood. He even coughed blood. There was enough blood to compare to Oden's attack considering the scale.

Because the cut was not deep enough to scar him....And as for your pannel evidence, Oda sometimes have no consistency in scale when drawing things, just like when he drew Zoro slicing Pica's golem but the golem was small enough to allow Zoro to apear, even though the golem was bigger than a city.

For the same reason Luffy doesn't have scars from Crocodile and Rob Lucci despite being completely impaled through and through from both of them, or doesn't have a scar from Katakuri despite having the left side of his stomach shredded and left with a massive hole in his gut.

These characters are superhuman and have superhuman healing capabilities. The same is especially true for Kaido who is a Mythical Zoan. It takes a certain caliber of attack to leave scars on these guys, and Tatsukmaki doesn't make the cut.

The attack simply wasn't deep enough. You also need to take into account that Kaido was floating at that time while Zoro attacked from the ground. The two times Zoro's attack against Kaido received a highlight (Flying Dragon Slash & Asura), he isn't that far from where Kaido was, which was not the case with Tatsumaki.
