Given that they have enough Seastone to coat the bottom of their ships, why didn't they just prepare some Seastone bullets to shoot Whitebeard with during the war?

Especially when he was having a heart attack?

Seastone weapons are unique, even Smokers jutte only has a small piece on the very tip of it.

Creating an entire weapon out of it will take too much seastone.

Indeed. I don't get the position of the people who claim that as long as WB was carrying the WSM title he was necessarily the strongest all the time... titles are not changed in real time. They aren't scores on a screen.
