Nah you are not getting me point.....samurai/shogun are representative of wano culture if they are always going for momo being shogun not hiyori then it may be gender related....kaido doesn't give a damn about wano or its culture and doesn't represents them........

Like I said, they are not the ones who chose. And Hiyori wasn't known to be alive. I see many things can happen in order for her become Shogun, or at least until Momo grown up.

So far we doesn't know if Kaido wants this. We only know that Kaido respects Yamato chose to be "a man". Where in reality she wants to be Oden.
