While I understand that Kat has the potential to be a top tier he lost to WCI Luffy who would certainly lose to King who required ACoC to defeat. I feel like you are jumping the gun a bit fast here mate, I am sure that if Kat shows up again he will show gains but in the meantime its best to just wait and see dont you think?

There's no debating a Katakuri fans, I have literally posted panels showing the #1 way to beat Katakuri is eventually stall him out confirmed by Bruhle and Kat fans choose to ignore it.
