Kid is an important character, so he will be relevant until the very end. But he's Luffy's rival in name only just like Law.

In all seriousness, Kid is more comparable to Sanji than he is to Luffy. I am not saying Sanji is as strong as Kid, but the gap b/w Kid and Luffy is just that big.

In what aspect other than haki? Face kid is better experience when it comes to fighting superior opponents than he is.

Oda isn't going to just write him out of the story like some people think.
If Kid is going to disappear, its going to be after he gets defeated by someone. If someone were to defeat him, imo it will be either Law or Smoker. Don't know why some people think Oda will just pretend like he doesn't exist post wano, when he literally had Kid 2v1 a yonko.

Law and Kidd are never gonna fight. Especially not after this arc
And to be honest Oda doesn't value Smoker as much as people think he does, especially after seeing what happened to Drake
The Admirals, SSG and maybe Shanks/Blackbeard are the only people who Oda would write defeating Kidd from now on

It's a theory that's been made a while ago, you should look it up but basically it goes like this:
Black beard is heavily associated with the number three, he carries around 3 guns, left exactly 3 scars on shanks' face, and his jolly roger has three heads
