I gave this theory before but to repeat. I think it's Law with BB.

Law betraying Luffy, and Luffy's trust/forced friendship to Law started out with a huge gag and Oda likes to capitalize on gags later.

Law, unlike Kidd is more of a strategic planner than just combat. I think if he was defeated by Blackbeard, he did some fast talking about Luffy and his friendship and promised Blackbeard to use that friendship to help get him Luffy's fruit if allowed to keep his to stall for time.

Thus, Law finally betrays Luffy.(In appearance, Law is also a double planner.)

This works because Law knew which direction Luffy chose to go.
