Ok, I understand, but in theory we know he was born 35 years ago:
Not even something like "perceived" age like Bonney.
Also, even if it's not really super canon, he cut Z's arm off like 7 or 8 years ago.

Momo & Bonney are just Examples, We also have those who Time Travelled, We have Brook who wasted so many years of his life doing nothing, We have Blackbeard who never slept which means his Mind is like that of a 60 Year Old, We have Clones or Vega's Satellites, We have Sugar & her Victims, We have Ope Ope Operation whatever it does, We have Gorosei who don't seem to Age, We have Zombies with Old Bodies but New Personalities ... etc
Oda clearly loves this Idea, so while i can't explain how Weevil's Case truly works, but i strongly believe He is just a Kid,
As for Zephyr's Case, Yes it could be Weevil who done that to him, but it's also possible that it's just Someone who Oda gonna say was Invited but Refused and will remain as just a Non-Canon Piece of Plot,
Anyway, i'm not saying you're wrong, nor am i saying i can't be wrong,
But i'm gonna keep my Expectations High for his Power (A DF as Powerful as Ace's or Crocodile's or Kuma's or Law's ... etc),
But Low Expectations for his Mental Age,
Well, he was already compared to young WB overall. The strenght thing Is a VC add and should be quite hyping.

Also, we know Weevil has CoA and CoO and since he Is WB's own clone, or at least son, CoC Is basically a given for him.

All very well having him hyped in his introduction, but it’s been nearly ten years since then. What’s he done since? Beat up fodder and get off-panelled and captured in his first relevant fight.
I think there’s very strong hints that Oda just cut a plotline between Weevil and Marco. First Weevil’s introduced as a big destructive threat beating up the Whitebeard allied captains, Marco says he can’t go to Wano because of it, then all of a sudden off panel it’s all resolved and Weevil is heroically protecting Sphinx. And he doesn’t actually do anything as a Warlord before it’s disbanded.

Seras are kind of a mixtrue though, Weevil is likely his own clone 100% or son.

Weevil is most likely the strongest Shichibukai. Yes, above Mihawk too.
Remember when Mihawk tried to measure the distance between him and Old, sick Whitebeard? That scene basically showed the power gap between Oldbeard (to be fair, Mihawk didn't know Whitebeard was sick) and Mihawk.
Now Weevil is stated to be as strong as young Whitebeard.

He doesn't look ambitious enough to me for CoC.
I can barely see him at YC2/3 level.
