We know it for a "fact" that people who don't follow the pirate king path don't have aCoC or if they do are asked to turn it off. Why does used aCoC last chapter? Does Garp plans to be PK all along? @Rootbeer @Boiroy @nik87 @centurion @Score @Seth @wys @mly90 @Santoryu D Bazooka I don't know why people think AdvCoC is reserved for pirates only, lol. Garp probably wanted to crush pirates for years and it lead him to AdvCoC.
