Zoro got ryou, CoC and ACoC all in the same night, what other show does a non MC gets so many power ups???
If anything, oda gave him too much to the point where it turned Deus ex machinesque.
Ifrit jambe is only possible due to the enhancement on Sanji's armament haki after genes awakening lol.

How can we call zoro's CoO weak or average???
- sensed the arrow before FS luffy did
- foresaw hakai and was already blocking it while 4 other supernova, including luffy, we're just in the process of realizing what happens
- could keep up with hybrid and FS kaido (and won the clash)
- could keep up with base king who easily kept up with suit sanji
- could keep up zoan flame on King who easily kept up with marco and suit and no suit sanji
- countered a sudden explosion literally 10cm away from him with CoA
- could keep up with flame off king who went blitzing mode (and won the clashes)
- he sensed all beasts that cornered the strawhats and, like rayleigh did, assessed their strength resulting in his behavior that was wanked by one vegapunk stella
- sleep diff
- could keep up with S-hawk who's speed made yonko gigabeard shit his pants (and needless to say, he completely outranked S-hawk in terms of speed and strength)
Unless panels say otherwise, I don't see a way even luffy having better CoO than zoro.

We don't know if Asura is CoC.
ACoC has noting to do with Enma.
King isn't faster than Sanji. King flames off is as fast as Sanji invisibility speed.
Zoro is undoubtely the strongest CoA user of Strawhats. The strongest physically and therefore the strongest CoC user too. You can't have CoC stronger than someon that is stronger than you. PERIOD!
Zoro doesn't have Internal Damage and Future Sight only. But his basic CoA and CoO are top tier. His CoO may not have island level feat but his reaction feat is unmatched.

Headcannon. Luffy got dropped by Kaido because he just got awakened from being knocked out. He was weak. He just ate meat to get his energy back when he is sky splitting with Kaido. Nothing about CoC mastery happened.
Zoro unlocked ACoC the moment he uses Asura on Kaido. The only attack that scarred Kaido before was ACoC attack from Oden. So that attack also had ACoC to be able to scar Kaido.
