Oda is all about hype and nothing else, he doesn't care about anything but hype.
Once we get to know what Loki's powers are and the way he fights, most here will put him on YC1 level if not less...

To be fair, you rarely get characters with as much potrayal and hype as Loki. Only Kaidou's was " better ".

Imagine luffy getting goosebumps from someone on the level, I don't know, King. Or someone with a legendary df only to be as strong as Marco.

Really makes no sense.
