Dr. Kureha is literally the smartest medical doctor in the verse so naturally she knows how to maximize her personal health. If Hiriluk hadn't been slowly killing himself with god-knows-what chemicals from his crackpot experiments, Kureha probably could've cured him.

I guess Vegapunk could've cured him to but that's more due to his medical technology being lightyears ahead of everyone else's.
