Powers & Abilities Why hasn't Oda confirmed Garp as CoC user

Garp has a lot of hype..like A LOT..with him and Roger almost killing each other.

Garp and Roger forming an alliance to defeat Rox Pirates although that part is a bit unknown because we don't know who betrayed who.

But my issue is with all the hype Garp has gotten, it is very hard for me to see him as "That" strong because of the way he fights.

He literally just punches and so far he has only shown basic application of armament Haki.

I think Oda has some what shafted Armament Haki with conqueror's Haki as advanced Conqueror's Haki basically does everything what Armament Haki does like

-Creating Barriers
-Coating weapons
-Making attacks stronger

Etc

But it does it on much higher level as shown by Luffy vs Kaido.

Granted Zoro can do more damage with his Armament than Luffy can with his conquerors but then Zoro with his conqueror's can do more damage, way more than Luffy can even with Joy Boy Sperm activation but that is not the topic.

How is Oda going to justify Garp being so strong with just punching?

Why did he not confirm him as a CoC user when he confirmed Sengoku?

Maybe garp will have one last go before he is out of the picture and we actually see him fight.
He didn't confirm Mihawk as a CoC user as wel, so he maybe has some plans for some super characters.

I think Garp might save Luffy from getting killed in the main war or something where he finally puts his family over his duty. There we will see him stalling the opponent unti he gets seriously injured or near death which sparks Luffy to go berserk and absolutely beastly God mode Gear 5 on all their candy asses. AdvCoC left, right, up, down and center. BANG BANG BANG!!!

Ace died, Whitebeard died, Roger died. Garp is a Monkey D. Who is very much like them and already tried to side with them after he saw Luffy and Ace's struggles in Marineford and is going to go against the nazi regime of the likes of Akainu in the final war so he might very well die.

There's gotta be a reason for it, considering Dragon has CoC (or implied to) due to Garp's comment mentioning that "Luffy was born with it after all". Either he's never had a chance to use it on screen, or he never awakened its use and is gonna end up using it in the final war.

I imagine Sengoku’s got revealed because Oda has no plans to really use him in the future.

Garp’s like Roger. Roger’s first Vivre Card didn’t even say he had Haki, cause Oda was keeping him in reserve. God’s Valley flashback is where Garp will get a reveal.
