Chapter Discussion Why hasn't Sanji used Raid Suit yet?

1. Black Maria team wasn't dumb enough to just tie Sanji without searching if he has any weapons in his suit.
2. He is constantly chased/beaten at a close range + we can see that something picked his attention ( it's probably Ulti or Page One chasing Nami and Tama ).
3. He is retarded.
4. Oda's writing is retarded. ( Highly accurate option for any character in this series at times ).
5. He's really holding himself back from relying on Judge's technology.

It's a combination of these factors:
- Oda's writing similar to when Luffy could have just used G4 to fly straight towards to ceiling instead of going up the stairs. He want to stall Sanji for whatever he has planned for him in the incoming chapters.
- Sanji won't hit women with or without RS.
- Sanji hate the RS.

Sanji used it for Page One saying it could give him the power to save people.
He uses it to save Momo.
He doesn't use it now because Oda doesn't know how to make people go all out from the get go. He always stalls shit.
He also wants to showcase the character in his cool red suit more before changing it into the raid suit.
