His feats are...
1. Beating a both still wounded King and Queen off-screen.
2. Beating the Scabbards (this one was admittedly impressive)
3. .....and then instantly ruined by him shitting his pants at the presence of Shanks who wasn't even near him.
4. A completely off-screen win over a character who hasn't even been shown in five total chapters in Weevil.
5. Not being able to defeat Morley, the Revolutionary with the lowest bounty, with his supposed amazing swordsmanship skills.
6. Another offscreen scuffle with Fujitora.

Greenbull is so dangerous he made Shanks decide to care about Wano. The official diplomatic position of the red hair pirates on the Kaido Orochi regime killing so many people was probably ¨idgaf I got bartenders in the east blue to fuck¨.
