Women thrist over likes of Law zoro sanji and many more anime characters and they are definitely used for that but never criticised ( using OP anime as example cuz, well its OP forum )

But god forbid a women gets a hot scene its end of the world
I'm not sure what you talking about,

Zoro's chest is heavily sexualized

Since majority of OP fanbase are dudes they have no idea what considered as Fan service because they're not attracted.
Heck showing full body with six packs might mean nothing for average OP fan that have such body ( like me)

lol, if you think men aren't sexualized either, just look at Death Note.

Light is only 15 and has the ripped body of a 30-year-old.

Look at Nanatsu No Taizai, Ban and Escanor are a mountain of muscle.

One Piece goes without saying, 90% of male characters are overly muscular.

trust me, male fan service exists.

Because men and women view "sex " differently

Often is the case that the appearance of the female character is more pushed forward than her actual personality.

How many fanservice moments did Erza have in Fairy Tale compared to any other male character?

It is a cheap way to make female character "likeable"
