Questions & Mysteries Why I believe Imu will resemble Alucard and the Nerona lore will be based on vampire mythology

I don't think so.

Sure think Mihawk has a bit of vampire mythology on his character. The name, the castle, the hunting... But that's it. I don't see Oda going anywhere deeper to it. And he has holy elements with him as well which go against the vampires. And overall story his plot is weak. He is only WSS holder nothing else deeper.

Imu is demonic, the summoning and everything we saw is nothing related to Dracula or vampires.
A bit lol..his Literal name

With how imu talks I think the Imu nerona of 800 years Ago is far gone and whatever ritual they did to obtain power ultimately took over their body,It’d make sense to why Imu talks in a third person. They say when a zoan fruit user awakens but the mind doesn’t they become permanently beast like what if Imu nerona had the same fate but the devil inhabiting them is sentient and aware.

I believe that only happens when he is possessing someone. He talks normal in his physical form.

What perplexes you?
We thought Kaido would be a non-human (oni, dragon, poneglyph, you name it) with a DF. He ended up just being a man with a DF.

Similarly, there are a lot of crazy (and some good) theories for what IMU's nature might it (devil, void itself, ink, darkness, vampire, a conglomerate of rats), but I'm proposing that, at the end of the day, Oda will go the same route: just a man with a DF, no more, no less.

I'm a firm believer that the Nerona family is a race of vampires and their lore will be inspired by Castlevania/Hellsing/Vampire Hunter D series since Mihawk and Imu give off strong vibes from it and One Piece has been getting more demonic with each chapter. Both are also implied to be at the very top of the verse yet they remain complete enigmas which highlights their significance. In Vampire D lore, they're the noble rulers of the world. I know Mihawk - Imu connection has been discussed to death but I just want to point out that he might be inspired by that story.

Alucard is a blond bishounen and characters that looks like that are often depicted as some of the most sadistic villains in seinen anime so I believe a bishounen and blonde Cavendish is foreshadowing that Imu will look like him because Hakuba talks like him and Cavendish is obsessed with Luffy much like Imu who was obsessed with Joyboy.

We know that everything shown about Imu has been feminine like and he's obsessed with flowers. Lili and the lily flowers could be inspired by the vampire queen Lilith and the vampire Lily flower.

Meanwhile, Mihawk resembles a Dracula as his name implies and is implied to be brutal much like Imu.

Vampires are also known for their long lifespans, can shapeshift and appear younger.
Vampire Hunter D is the Fkn GOAT VAMPIRE hunter and DHAMPYR

But is he stronger than alucard from Hellsing?
Yes

But is he stronger than alucard from Hellsing?
has a credible chance against Schrodincard. He stomps all three rounds.
I'm not even sure Alucard has enough hax to touch D.
D on the other hand can cut space-time and block regen with a normal unenchanted sword. He's just that skilled. Considering how Alucard likes to tank hits until he's a red stain before regenerating for the lulz/intimidation... D's massive speed advantage wouldn't even have a real chance to come into play until round three. Not to mention the utter brokenness that is Left Hand.
