It doesn't seem to be forecasting chapters. It seems to be associating characters and importance in plot.

That bit was more tongue-in-cheek, my main point is that the spreads really don’t hold any hints about what may happen in the canon…cover stories are one thing, but coincidences aside, the random scenes or collections of characters on the front page have always just been for fun.

I believe they do. They may not reveal anything specific but they may reveal how oda thinks about the character. This cover got me believing that.

Are you saying that you think this spread hinted at Carrot and Pedro?? If so, I see why, but I would still call it more of a coincidence; it’s not like this implies anything about who they are as characters, and both rabbits and jaguars/big cat species are popular choices in works of fiction about animals. Again, I understand how you can make the connection, it just feels like you really want there to be meaning in something that doesn’t NEED to make any sense.

The War lords are together, Katakuri is next to big mom, the straw hats are in the middle, ect. On the right side we see Carrot placed with Blackbeard, Ace, Garp, Shanks, Buggy. I was wondering why. Most of these characters are very important to Luffy in their own unique and annoying ways. Carrot has no relation to any of the characters around her. If that is the case why would she be important than?

What could Carrot's relation be towards the characters around her be and if there is none, why is she placed with character closely associated to Luffy?
