Both were carried by animation. Specially their movies. Still both had a story good enough to entertain you. And both had terrible endings.They are pretty much equal. I'd give Demon Slayer slighty the edge for the ending. JJK ending is probably the worst.

Demon Slayer is actually quite underrated in my opinion. Not by the general population as it has great commercial success, but by elitists. Many manga readers consider it a below average shounen. I think there's more implicit aspects of the story writing that go unnoticed.

I would personally rate it a 7.5/10 whereas the average shounen (JJK for example) is like a 5-6.

a story about curses and needing to find sukunas 19fingers in order beat him for good.

the outlier was Getos overall storyline and Tengen.
