A combination of chopper doesn't feel useless and how oda portrays "after adventure and battle" states, like in a kids cartoon of way (oh they battled so they need put on a band-aid!). No one beside Luffy and maybe Zoro should have been bandaged at the end of this arc. It was the same at the end of wano with that Greenbull shot, Sanji was jumping around at the end of Onigashima, 7 days passed and he still got bandages for some reason
Like it's clearly a gag/comedic thing a lot of the time, a fucking band-aid on your cheek does obviously nothing to cure you. Especially the level of force and injuries they getting at this stage of the series. Its cartoon logic
Jinbei got one because he was "involved" in the action because he was running all the time carrying zoro, throwing and catching him and so on. Thats at least how I see it
