Whitebeard and Ace are characters that were created to die and whose deaths were made to be major points in the story. Those two are exceptions.
As for Pedro, his death is still a colossal question mark since he didn't actually die onscreen like the other two did, his death makes zero sense due to pre-established feats (Pre-TS scrub Pell survived a nuke) and Pound literally surviving an inescapable situation in the same arc.
Besides, if those three are all you got, I can whip out off of the top of my head;

II) Pound.
III) Pagaya.
IV) Bon Clay.
V) Moscato.
VI) God knows how many worthless characters that initially appeared to be killed off back during Sky Island Arc.

he is a supernova and he is Kidd partner so he is directly connected to Kidd...Luffy doesn’t need to know him and cry for him but the thing is he sees Kidd loses his partner and learns a lesson to never dare be foolish again and stand against two yonko thinking he can get out of it with no loses.

With ace death Luffy got stronger and realized he is too weak but he is yet to realize that he got way too confident thinking they can beat TWO YONKO.Luffy should never be in more threat then facing big mom and kaido yet he is quite relaxed and confident
Mmmhmm, Oda also went pretty damn far with Pound. Had him in an inescapable situation, with a guy several hundred times above his pay grade about to decapitate him, even showed a weapon afterwards dripping in blood and yet...
This is why nobody takes character deaths seriously in One Piece unless the fan base actually sees a visible corpse (and even then Moscato came back).
