Speculations Why is Marco even here?

I always assumed and am still assuming that the purposes are three things:

1) Her crew finally arriving and making things tenfold worse for the mcs
2) Defeating two Yonko at once
3) Her interest in the Poneglyph complicating things

Elbaf was enough for her to be a threat again and relevant again for the last time.

The Wano plot around her is part of the worst things of the arc

Hopefully the CP0 agents in Wano being the kids from Big Mom's childhood theory is on point and they mentally incapacitate Big Mom for good. Like just turn her into Olin perma by telling her the truth about what happened.

Another arc with Big Mom, who is a meme at this point, is just stupid IMO.

Besides the obvious fact that he's here to lend a hand for the new generation to pave the way-

• He probably knows/has an inkling about the 4th road poneglyph since it was previously in Fishman island and we know that WB took the island for himself a few years after Roger's death. I'm pretty sure of the fact that we are going to decipher our haul by the end of this arc and of this conversation being brought up by him.
• The overarching Rocks plot extends beyond the current alliance of BM/Kaido with a few of its remnants like Bakkin still kicking around. I imagine that if Xebec turns out to be a relevant figure in the story right after Wano then it makes for a good segue to focus on Bakkin and Weevil's side of things, both of whom want a piece of Marco (and the WB remnants) for themselves.

I think he probably wished to sustain the new generation giving them a hand to overcome the ancient regime. He still could not get away the PayBack War matter and would like the SHs to raise in the new world.

BM will turn Kaido into a Homie to become the strongest Yonko in history, steal the Red Poneglyph, maybe even Nico Robin, and get defeated by Luffy and co later on as Luffy promised by unlocking Gomu gomu awakening Gear 5. Thats the only way to redeem that disgrace of a character regression/PIS moment that was O-Lin

He is a popular character, strong enought to be used as hype tool to establish other characters strengt, can be used to hold any character for a time when needed for plot reasons(BM, King & Queen), have healing abilities and the flying ability can be used to move characters around when needed

Perhaps Luffy's gonna go into Gear 5th against Kaido but using it will be extremely taxing on his health or lifespan, so he'll need Marco to constantly heal him while he uses it so he doesn't die from exhaustion.
