Cross Guild is already against WG, who is going to protect Celestial Dragon when all of their marine fodders is being hunted?

Nah, Crocodile does want to be PK or reach the final treasure, but everyone has their own ways to reach it. Crocodile needs more military power. Cross Guild might be the smallest Emperor organization, how many fodder can they have? I dont even think they have more than what Doflamingo had or Luffy has.

Right now, they just have 1 top tier and a High tier, all the rest are fodder, they are losing any fight against an Emperor for sure, even if they are strong. Crocodile and Mihawk indeed are right, they need more power.

Crocodile has something in mind, as he literally said they need more power and money, I wonder who will they try to reclute?
