Why did Oda display extremely artistic panel, huge environmental destruction, just in order to glorify Old-Old Garp's opening attack and Coby's attack, but he didnt even do so much as a sketch in this sequence below?
I mean wat is dis? Wat kind of destruction effect did Oda even want to display by showing panels as tiny as these at the left? What did he want to achieve by drawing Luffy's arm as a huge silhouette taking main portion of the doublespread like this?
