Time of introduction matters. Akainu, Kizaru and Akoji got introduced pre time skip when the strawhats were fodders hence they looked more impressive

Aramaki was built up for awhile, ever since Dressrosa and Doflamingo saying Ryokogyu was a monster, we kept waiting for him. Then we saw him at Reverie and Oda literally shadowed him and hyped him up even more.
After his longest arc and toughest fight ever drawn, Oda brings his new admiral to Wano, and draws him as his last panel before his big break hyping up the final saga ! RYOKOGYU IS LITERALLY WHAT OPENED THE FINAL SAGA.

Just for Oda to literally shit liquid diarrhea on his legacy two chapters after his comeback. Why is Oda such a clown ? Is he mocking us ? He's mocking his audience, he's mocking us readers by making us hope and hyping us up then shitting on his new hyped character just....

He has good portrayal for taking out two out of the three calamities and going against Yamato plus a few of the red scabbards who are much more difficult to deal with than two calamities if anything it just shows how much of a monster greenbull truly is despite not being threatening and having a weakness to fire attacks.
