He is acting like "the rival" of Marco,now a second time, and actually it seems he is the best aid of BM in Wano right now putting him above Smoothie who is still busy with the waterfall (poor Smoothie) so for sure he now can be discussed as a YC level dude given what is happening.

He STATES things, and later show completely opposite things of what he stated.
