Why is Phantaminum ranked higher than Enryu?

Like someone else posted (i think), the only explanation gotta be that the ranking administration & Zahard/Family Heads know about Axis or Phantaminum showed some absurd reality warping while squashing those high rankers that are already bugs for Family Heads and important people of Zahards empire recognized this as something utterly incomprehensible. By pure feats Enryus one without knowing the exact circumstance of Phantaminums encounter is light years above, no debate.

For what it is worth it’s mentioned in the blog posts that the officials responsible for ranking had an “intense debate” about who they should place no.1 and they went with Phantaminum because of his mysterious fighting style and weaponry not known to anyone else in the Tower. With Enryu they know what he’s about hence they placed Phantaminum at no.1.

I don’t have a direct link but it’s referenced in the wiki page of Phanta. I’m not sure if they’re canon still.

Phanta did get inside Jahad palace,killed many high rankers and warned jahad himself. There is also that strange weapon of his that was mentioned. He was probably ranked higher because he was a bigger thread to Jahad. Who knows...
