Kaido is not a bad villain. He's just underdeveloped.

I wished his physical aspect was kinda different too tbh

Kaido is missing his back story and his hype about being immortal is fake.

No amount of backstory can save Kaido from being poorly written. He can have a GOAT backstory (he won't) and it still won't save him from how deep of a burial Oda had given to his hype.

--Kaido has already proven himself above dogainu who got one shotted by a dying 10% yonko

--Lolmirals are confirmed biggest frauds where kaido doesn't consider any of them worthy of challenge (1001) :saden::cantseeme:

That said Yonko got maimed by Papazuki, who only suffered several minor cuts.
