Keto diets suck because they cause insomnia, they stress the body out a lot and cause you to wake up at 3am

A keto diet means a diet low on carbs.

I was on a keto diet by mistake, was eating mostly meat and ate very little carbs.




I had a moment, reading through causes of insomnia, "a low carb diet causes 3am insomnia".

Huh

Let me look up how many carbs the meat I eat has: "0g carbs per 100g serving"
