Acoc zoro only managed to beat base king with no flame and admitted he can't cut flame on YC1 king.. so zori is still inferior to full power Yc1 king.
Hybrid king with flame mid diffs Zori.
Being superior to this zori doesn't really make you special.

Of course Mihawk will have a good level of CoC, otherwise he wouldn't be worth ot be Shanks rival. But ultimately his CoC will be weaker than Shank's. Yet Mihawk will have better CoA just like Luffy has better CoC than Zoro and Zoro has better CoA than Luffy (maybe.. ?).

He didn't had a battle where he meant to defeat someone minimum strong enough to use CoC.

Against Zoro he didn't needed at all(although Zoro could possibly get KO by his CoC) and against Vista it wasn't meant to defeat him. In fact wasn't at Marineford Ace, Whitebeard, Luffy and Coby the only named characters who got defeated by pirate side? Oh Oars Jr of course.
