** purely head-canon on how I want stuff to end. this isn't backed by any sort of evidence or fact.

Now we need something even bigger than this for Final war, SHP's vs BBP's won't look big in front of other two wars.
People are speculating and arguing over whether WG is the Final enemy or BB, Instead how about both of them at once.
As Nefatari Cobra is Dead , And Vivi missing , One of the seat of 20 Kingdom is empty.
Also Lulusia Kingdom has Gone missing. someone has to be there to replace them, and BB wanted to join WG and Declare Hachinosu as his Kingdom.
Though Coby and Aokiji Stated that It's pointless as WG won't care about Coby (Hero of Rocky port Incident)
But They would definitely care when when Both the heroes (Garp and Coby) Is used as the Bargaining Chip.
Blackbeard Also used this to Become a warlord in past. getting them ace (Now garp and Coby) And there is no loss for WG , as Blackbeard won't be a threat to them anymore UNTIL other stuff are taken care of.
Of-course both , WG and BB plans to Back stab each other. BB just using this as a medium to probably get the Final ponelglyph which is with Man with burnt scar and is Speculated to be working for or under World Government. and WG will get more "Fire power" for their War Against Revolutionary and New Yonkou-Revo Alliance.
Remaining like Holy Knights and Vice admirals can be taken care of by Strawhats/Red hair pirates/Revo commanders.
End is Luffy going to claim One piece and Zoro vs Mihawk, Also Expect Deaths during these fights , Dragon/Shanks/Fujitora/Benn probably dies while winning the battle.
I want Final journey to one piece to be peaceful and with big banquet (Like luffy want) putting a good closure to things. that's why no fight at raftel , Roger crew faced no one while getting their. They fought all the battles before.

I would love to clarify on this , Don't expect all 5 Gorosei to be equal. They might be all top tiers but some might be OP even by Gorosei Standards.
(For example Fairy Tail final war, Characters like August and irene were also part of spriggan 12 but were absolutely off the charts).
expect atleast 2 broken gorosei (Which will be taken care of by Shanks/Mihawk)
while other three gorosei will be taken care of by (Zoro/law/kid)
