Doesn't really fit to the fighting style of any of the actual ones, but why not use the most destructive paramecia for undestructible soldiers? Only one of them would be enough to pull a madara.

Also why did VP not make a WB seraphim? His blood was all over the place on MF. Apart from that, he should have WBs genetic material in some freezer back from making Weevil.

Or will the Egghead incident get even spicier very soon?

Likely because Vegapunk couldn’t get enough of Whitebeards genetic material.

Most of Marineford was completely destroyed from the fight. His body was taken away by shanks. He was never in prison like the others so they couldn’t gather it there. And the only genetic material they had was the one which created weevil which seemed to be pre Gura Whitebeard

Because Vegapunk never perfected replicating Kaidos fruit. And Paramecia are the only fruit that can be replicated through green blood.

If we're think like that, why not just build only Mihawk seraphs and give them the best fruits, like hobi hobi which is a one shot fruit.

Because plot. Story telling comes first before logic. It would be boring if everyone acted logically all the time.

Vegapunks a perfectionist. The WG doesn’t know the extent of the failure. But Vegapunk reported to the WG it was a failure none the less.

And i have to imagine the cloning was a recent development spurred on because of Crocodile and Marineford proving the Warlords were unreliable. As such Kaido was long out of reach

He would need the bloodnof the gura gura user. Where would he get that? We can assume that maybe the warlords had to give some blood theough some tests or some shit like that.
Vegapunk never had WB's blood nor BB's blood after he acquired the gura gura.
