Are the scans from VIZ? Zoan and mythical Zoan can be recreated so there's no point in giving the seraphim the coyote or zebra DF when they could have the best mythical ones but time and money is needed to grow them.

Like hybrid lucci, kaku, etc are way stronger in hybrid than base. Likely being at least doubly as strong
