At the beginning of the post time skip, Oda spent too much time on Sanji’s pervertedness. Even people who aren’t hard core OP fans noticed this.
Fortunately, Oda gave Sanji development, which diversified his character. Unfortunately he still falls back to his pervert gags, which is why fans get tired of Sanji.

The reason is that post-ts Sanji has done nothing but fail and take bad decisions and people got tired of it prefering Nami and Law.
