Sanji v Zoro -> Is it me or Sanji is the one who attack first usually?
Sanji v Jinbei -> Why he so obsessive with Jinbei? Why so insecure?
Sanji v Zeus -> Picking fights with water vapor? Seriously?
Sanji v Men -> Not always but on multiple occasions Sanji refused to help male crew members base on the fact he "live for the ladies"

Why Sanji such a troublesome crew member? Always picking fights with fellow male crew member and causing trouble for no reason smh

Sanji's hook in OP is his characterization. So he needs those interactions. Beside your examples, he also simp the women, goof around with the perverts, etc.

Sanji's a very passionate and emotional character that says what's on his mind even if it's not a serious matter.

With Zoro, their rivalry showcases their difference to values and beliefs so I don't see the problem. They both egg each other on but I suppose Sanji does it more often.

With Jimbei, that's Oda trying to establish fun or interesting dynamics in the crew for the guy since he hasn't interacted with them much joining in Wano and there always being serious business prior.

With men like G5, he says he doesn't care for men then kicks them making sure they stay ahead of the poisonous gas and with Usopp he straight-up said he'd come to his rescue if he got captured early on in Wano. He's not serious about everything he says, sometimes he's just overreacting.
