Why Sanji the ladies man is just sweating after Stussy is stabbed?

So many theories just to we see in the next chapter sanji crying "stussy-sama is injuried"

Just now, rob lucci, the guy who had insulted robin as devil many times, has just stabbed a woman. But sanji was just sweating instead

There's a misunderstanding of Sanji's code. He doesn't hit women but he only protects certain women, not all. Like him letting Robin fight at Wano.

Because they're being surrounded and he's worried on the situation. He bubbled Kaku not because he was a threat, but to prevent him trying to be a threat (possibly try to release York or something.)

As for not reacting, the scan I read showed "Stussy-chan!" in a bubble. I took that to be Sanji since it didn't show who said it, was it not? Waiting on officials to see.
