It's not even a lgbt cover.
1. 7 color rainbow, not 6. 7 color rainbows are your average normal rainbow that existed before lgbt.
2. They're wearing raincoats.
3. 'No rain, no rainbow,' Oda literally telling you that's the only rainbow that exists, not this one that doesn't come from rain.
4. REQUEST, it says it's a request. If someone requests a rainbow, he's going to draw it, month be damned.
Use logic, not jumping as part of the crowd.
