Do people still obsessed with Sanji having CoC?
I'm pretty sure Oda plans Law to be the poster boi of top tier with DF, and Sanji with the Science, both without CoC.
You know, for balance purposes.
Also, becoming a top tier, even at the lowest level, without consuming a DF or born with CoC, is unique status in itself for Sanji.
I already console myself with this idea and be content with it.

I definitely expect sanji to get an AP powerup this arc (since his AP is piss poor tbh) so he might unlock ACoA but he's definitely not getting CoC. He might get a Power of Love alternative for it though

Imo, I don't think Sanji will get any major power-ups this arc. Elbaf doesn't seem like a fitting arc for fighting. It could be another Egghead 2.0 for all we know.

I think Sanji's AP is fine, it's just Oda doing a bad job portraying it. But yea, I do wish that Sanji would get better Haki feats (CoA especially).

There's a ongoing crack theory that Power of Love might be Sanji's version of Adv CoC, not sure how Oda will explain this but it will be another bullshit for sure.
