Luffy said Doflamingo didn't look like Paramecia after he used Awakening he obviously mean Dof looked like Logia after Awakened since he didn't mean Zoan.
If Paramecia looks like Logia when its Awakened, what Logia will look like then.
Oda should come up with something different if Logia has Awakening.
Teach's Logia Awakening would be too overpowered if there is one.

1) Not as important to the story. Yonko are more explicitly tied to One Piece and legendary figures which makes them seem more relevant
2) Yonko have higher ceiling. Luffy, Whitebeard, Shanks and Blackbeard or have PK potential, while only Akainu and Sengoku MAY have it
3) CoC, many consider it to be a must-have (partially because it is the strongest ability, partially becaude they misunderstand manga)
4) Admirals would usually do less on panel, though there was always a plausible explanation.
5) Shanks embarassing Ryokugyu on top of belief that Kaido>=Shanks made many consider it a final nail in the coffin.
Rest is just confirmation/anchor bias and selective reading.

Logia fruits + Advanced CoA Haki + decades of Marine training and experience = enough to be a top tier
I do believe they may show CoC or Awakening at some point, but even if they don’t, its just all the more reason to respect their strength in how they can other rival top tier characters without having those 2 abilities.
